



* We meet. We listen to your needs and concerns. We look at the site if available. Within a few days, we deliver options for site plans and floor plans. This process continues until you find the perfect solution for your business and location. We then develop 3D renderings together. There are no surprises, no loose ends. We give you firm prices as the options change. This is complimentary and there are no obligations.
* If you decide to move forward, we go to Contract. We take care of the following aspects:
- construction documents
- engineering
- soil tests
- ADA reviews
- driveway permits & traffic control analysis (if needed)
- energy code compliance
- asbestos tests (if needed)
- site drainage/water flow analysis
- bank equipment coordination
* Submittal to City for Building Permit. We address any comments the City may have.
* We start obtaining bids. Your commercial customers are encouraged to participate.
* Colors and specific interior design elements are selected from a wide array of samples, photos and renderings, with as little or as much input from us as you wish.
* Issuance of Building Permit.
* Construction begins immediately. We stay in contact with weekly progress reports and photos. Inspections as required.
* Construction is complete. We walk through the building with you, issue a final punchlist. Final building inspections.
* Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. You can move in and open for business! We provide a project close-out folder with subcontractors contact list, warranties, manuals and other pertinent documents.
