Leigh Heflin opened for business in 1987 after being actively involved in financial building design and construction since 1974.  It is this experience that provides the foundation for project control that is so necessary for successful project completion. Over the years, hundreds of projects including new construction, remodeling, lease modular buildings and project management have been successfully completed.

Our Business Model: Save you Money and Time
Our goal is to create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional at a cost less than the traditional Architectural Design/bid General Contractor basis, with a goal for timeline savings of 50%. We offer a full range "turn key"  service - from initial planning, design development, through construction documents and permits, to on-site inspection.
